What is FITNESS BOOTCAMP?  ...It's FUN!
The Camp consists of five basic types of exercise including:
  • resistance training – using weights, bodyweight, bands
  • cardiovascular – metabolic work
  • plyometrics, agility and speed
  • stretching and flexibility
      And also can include:
  • Yoga and Pilates
