Grocery Store Tour
$20 early registration$25 at the doorWhat is it?
Do you find the trip to the grocery store to be confusing and sometimes a difficult task? Achieving a healthy weight begins with selecting the most healthy and nutritious foods at the grocery store.
Let’s take a tour together of our neighborhood market and become enlightened! You will learn how to make the correct choices and stock a healthier kitchen. Finally, you will have a better understanding of how to read labels and not be fooled again by fancy packaging and marketing tricks the manufacturers use.
► You will receive very useful information, including how to read labels
► You will learn how to quickly put together healthy meals and snacks
► You will leave the store with much more knowledge about shopping informatively and deliciously!
►Space is limited to 10 shoppers per trip
► Cost is $20 per person paid in advance or $25 at the door
